Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator to support the supervisor in delivering exceptional housekeeping and laundry services. You will log requests, assign daily tasks, and lead housekeeping staff on room readiness and special duties to uphold our luxury guest experience.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, international luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in hotel administration or business administration.
• Two years’ prior tenure in a similar housekeeping role.
• Experience with international luxury resort chains is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping activities and assignments with supervisor.
• Handle calls for housekeeping and log messages for timely action.
• Monitor room readiness, status and special guest requests.
• Maintain inventory of linen and supplies; order as needed.
• Prepare and review operational reports for department leadership.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
• Support team in cleaning and maintaining public areas as needed.
