Job summary

The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah is seeking a dedicated Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxurious, on-site setting. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure accurate food and beverage service.

This role requires attentiveness, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training and uniform are provided, with opportunities to grow within the prestigious hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience in guest-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service methods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name when possible and assist seating.
• Serve guests at assigned stations under supervision.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate needs and respond to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report complaints promptly to a supervisor.
• Place orders and ensure proper setup on tables.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked service areas.
• Present a groomed appearance in the uniform.
