Job summary

The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah invites a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, brand positioning, and guest engagement initiatives.

You will assist through the full sales cycle with professional coordination, accurate documentation, client communication, and proactive follow-up, upholding heritage-driven luxury standards and delivering service excellence to guests and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, sales, marketing, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office and administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing Department, including filing, correspondence, data entry, copying, and document control.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation throughout the sales process, including proposals, contracts, BEOs, agreements, and promotional materials.
• Gather, organize, and assemble sales kits, brochures, presentations, and client information packages.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales data such as leads, commissions, accounts in relevant systems.
• Support sales initiatives by applying effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Communicate with prospective clients, guests, and partners via telephone and email to respond to inquiries and support follow-ups.
• Assist with preview packages, site inspections, and sales appointments, including terms and eligibility.
• Coordinate approved complimentary offerings for guests or clients as part of relationship building.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring prompt, professional responses to inquiries and requests.
• Answer questions related to hotel facilities, rates, packages, promotions, dining venues, operating hours, and events.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and confidentially.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette aligned with luxury service standards.
• Promote awareness of The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah brand image internally and externally.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to service standards, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized experiences.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation and contribute to memorable journeys.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues across departments to support shared goals.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality, data protection, and asset safeguarding.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and service excellence benchmarks.
• Perform light physical tasks as required.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by DOSM.
