Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel, seeks a Sales Coordinator to relay client preferences to cross-department teams and manage the sales process. You will prepare documentation, respond to inquiries, and coordinate site visits and events to ensure premium guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have luxury hotel sales exposure, strong English, excellent organization, and the ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining a high level of client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel sales or accounts management.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate client preferences to cross-departmental teams.
• Review and action special arrangements for guests.
• Prepare sales-related documents through the sales process.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external guests.
• Conduct site inspections of the property.
• File event bookings with all required information.
• Qualify inquiries and distribute to Corporate and Leisure Office.
