Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive corporate and leisure bookings in the UAE market. You will partner with cross-functional teams, respond promptly to inquiries, and cultivate relationships with travel partners to maximize occupancy and revenue for the property in Abu Dhabi.

Previous luxury hotel sales experience and excellent English communication are essential to succeed in this role on site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Highly organized, results-oriented with initiative.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Communicates client preferences to cross-departmental teams.
• Review and action special arrangements.
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
• Respond promptly to internal and external guests’ inquiries.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and travel agency partners.
• Attend department meetings and assist VIP clients when visiting the property.
