Job summary

Ennismore seeks an elegant, warm and confident Restaurant Receptionist for Josephine Outlet at Rixos Premium Dubai. You will be the first and last contact, setting the tone for guest experiences from reservation to departure.

You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth seating and personalized guest care in a luxury setting on The Walk JBR, Dubai.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest communication.
• Experience in premium hospitality preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set a tone of hospitality.
• Manage reservations, inquiries and special requests accurately.
• Maintain seating plan to maximise capacity while protecting guest experience.
• Coordinate with management and service team on table availability and arrivals.
• Handle telephone, email and online inquiries professionally.
• Provide guests with menu and hours information and guide to tables.
