Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel or Healthcare environment in the UAE.
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and laundry systems.
• Strong hands-on maintenance and fault-diagnosis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs all kitchen and laundry equipment with Exquisite craftsmanship and longevity.
• Upholds preventive maintenance and shift readings programmes to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnoses issues, minimizes downtime and documents work orders promptly.
