Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing equipment.
• Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment is sanitised and ready to use.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and waste disposal.
• Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Following hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to the highest standards.
