InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Kitchen Steward to keep all kitchen and food prep areas spotless. You will operate dishwashing machines, launder and sanitise crockery, and assist chefs with basic prep in a fast-paced luxury setting.

A positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork are essential. You will follow strict hygiene standards, stock cleaning supplies, and support the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

• Ensuring crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment are sanitised and ready to use.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and waste disposal.
• Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages or maintenance needs.
• Following hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to the highest standards.
