IHG Hotels & Resorts on Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, is seeking a Kitchen Steward to uphold exceptional cleanliness in busy kitchen areas. You will operate dishwashing equipment, ensure sanitisation of crockery and utensils, and support chefs with basic prep and waste disposal.

This role requires a positive attitude, physical stamina, teamwork, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain high hygiene standards.

• Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
