InterContinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City is seeking a Chef De Partie for our Commissary Cold Kitchen. You will lead kitchen helpers, prep ingredients, and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work area in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead a large kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Communicates politely to guests and internal customers.
• Provides direction to kitchen helpers, cooks, attendants and stewards.
• Maintains effective working relationships with staff and management.
• Attends daily briefings and training sessions.
• Prepares food, beverages and equipment for service in advance.
• Maintains a clean and hygienic work area.
• Adheres to hotel and department policies, HACCP, health and safety regulations.
