Job summary

Anantara is seeking an IT Support Associate to assist guests and staff with audio-visual and IT needs within our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure equipment functions smoothly and provide proactive support across departments.

You will maintain knowledge of hardware, operating systems and software, anticipate guest requirements for IT peripherals, and advise on IT spend and upgrades to leadership. Excellent service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and engineering certification.
• 1 year of experience in same role.
• Luxury hotel experience required.
• Excellent service orientation.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support guests coordinating meetings and conferences to ensure IT needs are met.
• Maintain knowledge of standard IT equipment and how it works together (PCs, projectors, audio systems, TVs, DVD/CD players).
• Anticipate guest requirements for cables, adapters, projectors and other IT peripherals.
• Maintain knowledge of hardware OS and software; assist with upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Advise hotel management on recommended IT spend and upgrades.
• Support IT needs of colleagues across all departments.
