Accor in Fujairah invites applications for a storeroom/stockroom role. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and has at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong English and MS Office skills. You will manage stock, conduct inventories and support financial controls while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with the purchasing team, maintain confidentiality, and present a neat, professional appearance in line with Fairmont brand expectations.

Formación

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems.
• Good communication skills and service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the store is locked when unattended and out of office hours for safety.
• Issue and re-order stock; ensure goods leave the storeroom only with an authorized requisition.
• Post stock movements on the system promptly and accurately.
• Conduct routine physical inventory checks.
• Follow up on pending purchase requisitions to replenish stock per par levels.
• Monitor expiry dates and slow-moving items to prevent loss and keep the store tidy.
• Prepare and review Slow Moving Item Reports as required by management.
• Attend briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Be aware of fire and life safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
