Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations.
Escort guests to tables and present menus professionally.
Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain an organized seating plan throughout service.
Monitor guest flow and manage waiting times effectively.
Handle guest requests and special occasions professionally.
