Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary strategy and daily kitchen operations across all dining venues. You will develop a high-performing team, drive efficiency, uphold brand and hygiene standards, and position the hotel’s restaurants as luxury destinations in Dubai.

The role requires experience with luxury hotels, strong leadership, and a focus on menu quality, guest experiences, and sustainability initiatives in a Forbes 5-Star

Qualifications

• Current/Previous experience as Executive Chef.
• Solid experience with luxury hotel brands.
• Commercial focus with ability to deliver business results.
• Inspirational leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Guest focus with high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Strong relationship management with stakeholders.
• Creative, strategic thinker capable of fast-paced work.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with social media management.
• Proficiency in F&B systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Develop the Culinary and Stewarding business plan with market strategy and targets.
• Manage Culinary and Stewarding budget and forecast to support commercial goals.
• Review departmental results and drive performance improvements.
• Partner with F&B Ops to create concepts, menus, and promotions that drive revenue.
• Deliver high-quality, well-presented food meeting guest needs.
• Ensure safety, allergy handling, and high hygiene standards.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues to improve loyalty.
• Collaborate with F&B Ops to enhance online reputation and reviews.
• Lead and develop the Culinary and Stewarding teams.
• Plan workforce needs based on forecast volumes and HR guidelines.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and supplier management.
• Stay abreast of trends in F&D to drive innovation.
