• Current/Previous experience as Executive Chef
• Solid experience with luxury hotel brands
• Commercial focus with ability to deliver business results

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Guest focus with highest standards of food production, quality and hygiene
• Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
• Creativity, strategic thinking and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop the Culinary and Stewarding business plan with market strategy and financial targets.
• Manage the Culinary and Stewarding budget and forecast to support commercial goals.
• Review departmental results and take action to improve performance.
• Partner with F&B Operations to create attractive concepts, menus and promotions.
• Deliver high quality, well-presented food meeting guests' needs and expectations.
• Support sustainability via local sourcing, seasonal produce, waste reduction, recycling and efficient energy use.
• Lead and inspire Culinary and Stewarding teams with inclusive leadership and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and maintain kitchen records.
