Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3–5 years in Executive Chef role in luxury international brand
• Strong knowledge of food costing, budgeting, inventory management, and menu engineering
• Experience with HACCP, food safety standards, and local compliance
• Proven leadership and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all culinary operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet facilities, and in-room dining.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen operations to maintain high quality.
• Lead menu development, costing, and seasonal recipe design.
• Monitor food quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
• Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and safety compliance; conduct inspections.
