Qualifications

• Previous experience as Dry Cleaner within luxury hospitality.
• Proactive approach to handling guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dry cleaning machinery and equipment to ensure efficient cleaning.
• Handle guests' garments with care using appropriate dry-cleaning techniques.
• Identify and treat stains or spots with specialized agents without damaging fabric.
• Inspect garments before and after cleaning to meet hotel quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' requests and concerns.
• Manage inventory of dry-cleaning supplies and maintain stock levels.
