Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Associate, or similar role in hospitality or luxury environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage such as Arabic, Italian, French, or Spanish
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, table assignments, and special requests.
• Coordinate with the reception team, service team, and management to ensure seamless guest flow.
• Maintain accurate guest logs and reservation notes for future reference.
• Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, delivering clear and professional communication.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with company standards.
• Share guest feedback or concerns with management for continuous improvement.
• Assist with hosting duties during peak hours, events, and special occasions.
• Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring adherence to company service standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in reception and VIP areas.
