Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining team with exceptional service at our luxury property. You will describe menu items, coordinate orders with the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining Four Seasons standards.

The role requires at least 1+ year of luxury-brand service experience, strong English communication, and a collaborative work ethic to support guests and colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu items with vivid descriptions and coordinate guest orders with the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and provide timely service.
• Set up and clear tables, buffets, and service areas to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain safety and hygiene requirements and follow the department rules.
