Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Host/Hostess to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team. The role involves warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing precise information on hours, dress code, menus, and policies.

Fluency in English plus another language is preferred, with at least one year of guest-service experience in a luxury setting. The position supports daily operations across departments and offers an attractive AED salary, healthcare, life insurance, and leave

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language as per guest demographics.
• Experience as a Host/Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations, or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally according to service standards.
• Manage reservations accurately using the restaurant reservation system (Seven Rooms).
• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Record guest details including contact info, dietary requirements, seating preferences, and allergies.
• Coordinate with restaurant management, service, culinary, bar, and security teams to support daily operations.
• Provide clear information on opening hours, dress code, menus, availability, and venue policies.
