Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a F&B - Host/Hostess to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team in Dubai. The role involves warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing accurate information about hours, dress code, and menu options.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience in a luxury setting, fluent English and another language, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-end environment.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a F&B - Host/Hostess to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

• Welcome every guest warmly and professionally in accordance with the venue’s established service standards.
• Create a positive first impression by maintaining a polished appearance, professional posture, and approachable manner.
• Manage reservations accurately using the designated restaurant reservation system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation enquiries received by telephone, email, or other approved communication channels.
• Record guest details accurately, including contact information, dietary requirements, seating preferences, allergies, and special occasions.
• Assist other operational areas when necessary and when service requirements permit.
• Remain informed about current promotions, seasonal offerings, special events, and entertainment.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding opening hours, dress codes, location, menu options, availability, and venue policies.
• Follow company procedures regarding lost property, guest privacy, and special access requirements.
• Ensure all guest-facing materials are clean, accurate, and appropriately presented.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant management, service, culinary, bar, and security teams to support smooth daily operations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year related customer service experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant and possess more than one language proficiency as per guest demographic specific to restaurant.
• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar customer-facing position is preferred.
• Experience within a luxury hotel, resort, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Fluent spoken English and one other language as per the guest demographic of the restaurant
• Knowledge of MS Office; RESPak, Seven Rooms will be preferred
• Customer service orientated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good phone etiquette and salesmanship
• Well-groomed, confident, friendly and polite
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment
• Able to work independently
