One&Only Royal Mirage is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the department. The role focuses on handling proposals, client communications, CRM data management and coordination of marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, experience in luxury hospitality, and strong organizational and communication skills to support internal teams and partner

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or general administration preferred in luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales & Marketing including proposals, contracts, itineraries, presentations and client correspondence.
• Maintain client databases, sales activity trackers and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding of partners, assist with travel arrangements and sales-related tasks.
• Support budgeting and tracking of marketing expenses and procurement coordination.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor performance and assist with market analysis.
