Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or general administration, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional service approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments and partners.
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including proposals, contracts, itineraries, presentations, reports and client correspondence.
• Maintain client databases, Salesforce, account records, and sales activity trackers for data integrity.
• Manage incoming sales enquiries and assist with client requests and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor production, and assist with analysis of business trends.
• Support onboarding of new travel trade partners and distribution of resort materials.
• Assist with familiarisation trips, guest arrangements and post-visit follow-up.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, campaigns, partner activations and promotional materials.
• Maintain marketing resources, image libraries, fact sheets and ensure consistency across materials.
• Track marketing expenses, budget, PR raising, and procurement coordination.
• Create purchase requisitions and liaise with Finance for invoicing and payments.
• Support meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain organised departmental records.
