Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead property-level communications, promoting on-brand messaging across traditional, digital, and social channels. Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree in Marketing, PR, Business or related major with 4 years in sales, marketing, digital or related area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising preferred.
• Requires 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Business or related major; 2 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes annual marketing plan to budget with GM and leadership teams.
• Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales to drive promotions and campaigns.
• Liaises with advertising agency on campaign creative and media plans for F&B promotions.
• Manages media schedules and ensures prompt settlement of accounts.
• Works with eCommerce to align online programs with revenue goals.
• Executes email marketing and display advertising.
• Maintains ongoing communication with Cluster eCommerce manager for performance and opportunities.
• Ensures digital advertising aligns with brand voice.
