Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cluster Human Resources Manager to lead HR across InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi. You will guide recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development and retention initiatives, while ensuring UAE labour compliance and adherence to IHG standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience as HR Manager or Cluster HR Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and colleague engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across both InterContinental Abu Dhabi properties.
• Partner with leadership on people-related matters and HR initiatives.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE labor laws and IHG standards.
• Coach and develop HR team to deliver high service levels.
• Promote positive, inclusive workplace culture across both properties.
• Support audits and HR projects as required.
