Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai. This strategic, hands-on TA role partners with leaders to build pipelines, support pre-opening hiring, and ensure talent aligns with brand culture and business priorities.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for both properties, shape the talent pipeline, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while navigating UAE labour

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Hotel pre-opening recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and employment regulations.
• Sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across both properties.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support high-volume and pre-opening recruitment activities.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with UAE labour legislation and company standards.
