Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest services agent to answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, and concerns, while maintaining the Gold Standards of the brand. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist guests with wake-up calls, internet access, and message relay.
• Follow all hotel policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while using POS systems.
