Job summary

Palazzo Luxe Holiday Homes in Dubai seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our luxury holiday home portfolio. You will own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from lead generation and owner negotiations to property walkthroughs, contract signing, and initial operations onboarding coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen and in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate/holiday rental market, with hands-on experience managing onboarding and owner handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development for holiday home management in Dubai/UAE.
• Hands-on onboarding with owner handovers and DTCM compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai short-term rental market and luxury areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch prospective property owners across Dubai.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and convert prospects to signed management agreements.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including onboarding documentation, inspections, setup, and listing preparation.
