Luxarabia Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes to lead the growth and expansion of our Dubai holiday homes portfolio. You will acquire properties, build relationships with owners and investors, and drive revenue growth in the short-term rental market.

The role requires 2–4 years of BD experience in holiday homes, a relevant degree, and a proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and expand a property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development in holiday homes.
• Proven track record of acquiring properties and building a portfolio of owners/investors.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the holiday homes portfolio in Dubai.
• Identify and acquire new properties for short-term rental.
• Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
• Negotiate management agreements and terms with owners.
• Monitor occupancy, rental yields, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai tourism regulations and licensing.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and reservations teams.
