Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Guest Relations professional to oversee all aspects of guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring VIPs receive personalized attention and seamless service in a luxury setting. The role requires a diploma or associate degree in hospitality, at least two years in guest relations or front desk, fluent English, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Opera PMS experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Guest Relations, Front Desk Operations, or Customer Service roles within a hospitality environment.
• Fluent English language proficiency (written and verbal).

Aufgaben

• Oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
• Meet and greet VIP guests personally; liaise with Concierge and Butler for events and VIP requests.
• Prepare compendiums prior guest arrival and check-into system if necessary; maintain repeat guest history system.
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities; handle guest complaints and follow up on corrective action.
• Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations and amenities.
• Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis; perform related duties and special projects.
