Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party and guide them to seating.
• Seat guests at clean, available tables and ensure a complete place setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas; keep menus in good condition.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow and guest safety; adapt to special needs as required.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues; follow safety and company policies.
• Stand, walk and perform duties for extended periods and handle standard service tasks.
