Job summary

Sirene Beach by Gaia in Dubai seeks a Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest relations team, delivering personalised service from arrival to departure. You will greet guests with warmth, manage VIP expectations, and coordinate with reservations, restaurant, and events to ensure a seamless journey.

The role requires 3+ years in guest relations or luxury hospitality, excellent English, and a polished professional presence. UAE hospitality experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in guest relations or luxury hospitality.
• Experience as Guest Relations Manager or similar preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-presented with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest relations function to deliver warm, personalised experiences.
• Welcome guests with confidence, warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships with regular, VIP and high-profile guests, remember preferences.
• Be the main contact for guest requests, feedback, celebrations and service recovery.
• Collaborate with reservations, restaurant, bar, events and operations for a smooth journey.
• Monitor daily reservations, VIP bookings, special requests, and events requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and create memorable moments.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
