Al Zorah Beach Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to craft highly personalized guest journeys from pre-arrival to departure. You will build genuine guest relationships, anticipate needs, and coordinate bespoke experiences across the resort, with a focus on warmth, discretion, and outstanding service.

Fluency in English is essential and Russian-speaking ability is advantageous for our international guests, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of guest-facing experience in luxury hospitality.
• Professional fluency in English; Russian-speaking ability is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and discreet guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-arrival outreach to confirm bookings and preferences.
• Respond to guest emails and messages with polished communication.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide personalised experiences.
• Offer guided tours and highlight resort amenities and experiences.
• Act as main point of contact for in-house guests and manage requests.
