Job summary

Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, seeks a Guest Experience Agent in our Dubai Contact Centre to deliver luxurious service and resolve guest inquiries.

You will handle phone, email and live chat, assist with bookings and changes, document interactions, and collaborate with departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences; English required, Arabic/Russian/French a plus; nights, weekends, and holidays flexibility encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Mandatory prior customer service or contact centre experience.
• Travel consultant experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Arabic/Russian/French helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email and live chat professionally.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, bookings and Beond services.
• Assist guests with changes to reservations and itineraries.
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service.
• Document guest interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
