Beond in Dubai is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to deliver exceptional service in our Contact Centre. You will greet guests, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects our luxurious travel experience.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, provide flight and booking information, assist with changes, and collaborate with other departments to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centres is mandatory.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Hospitality background is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing.

As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll interact with guests from around the globe, assisting them with their travel plans and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and provide solutions will enhance our guests' journeys and contribute to their overall satisfaction.

• Handling incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and efficiently.
• Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and services offered by Beond.
• Assisting guests with changes to their reservations and travel itineraries.
• Addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Documenting guest interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest experience.

What We’re Looking For.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our commitment to excellence:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent—a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments is mandatory—you understand the demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a travel consultant is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French is highly preferred—additional languages will make you stand out.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Personal Qualities:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
