Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set par levels for beverage supplies across gaming bars.
• Collaborate on policies, menus, and service standards for gaming.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands and premium offerings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE liquor regulations and company policies.
• Oversee beverage inventory and cost control across outlets.
• Support budgeting and P&L analysis for gaming beverage.
• Train and supervise staff across outlets.
