Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort, is seeking a Gaming Beverage Manager to lead the Beverage team across gaming bars, lounges, and VIP spaces. You will oversee par levels, inventory, costing, and staff scheduling while upholding UAE liquor regulations and Wynn standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish par levels for supplies across gaming bars and lounges.
• Monitor beverage inventory and cost control.
• Collaborate on policies, SOPs, and service standards for gaming environments.
• Oversee training, recipe control, and ordering procedures across venues.
• Assist in budgeting and P&L related to gaming beverage operations.
