Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Baggage Handler – Front Services to join our Front Services team at the UAE resort. You will provide prompt luggage assistance during arrivals, departures, and group movements, welcoming guests and ensuring safe handling and accurate logging of all items.

The role requires a strong guest-service mindset, ability to lift heavy items, and the ability to uphold Forbes Five-Star standards in a high-volume luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, resort, or premium hospitality environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull heavy luggage and equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be active for long periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent guest interaction skills and polished, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage during arrivals, departures, and group movements.
• Welcome guests at arrival areas and manage luggage handling with care and accuracy.
• Transport luggage between lobby, bell desk, luggage room, and storage areas.
• Log and retrieve luggage using approved processes with accountability.
• Handle fragile or valuable items per safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Maintain a polished presence in guest-facing areas and assist other Front Services teams.
• Coordinate with bell, door, valet, front desk, concierge, transport, security and housekeeping.
