Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with unloading luggage, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience at a luxury resort.

The role requires physical fitness, a strong guest service mindset, English fluency, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays while upholding Forbes Five-Star standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy luggage safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt courteous luggage assistance to guests during arrivals, departures and group movements.
• Safely transport luggage to lobby and storage areas, log according to control process.
• Assist with luggage tagging, staging, and reconciliation per group manifests.
• Maintain a polished presence in lobby and guest-facing areas.
• Coordinate with bell staff, front desk, concierge and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star standards and safety protocols.
