Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Baggage Handler – Front Services to join its luxury Front Services team. You will provide luggage assistance, welcome guests, and support seamless arrivals and departures.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift heavy luggage, and a polished, Forbes Five-Star service standard. Fluency in English is required; flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, resort, and high-volume hospitality preferred.
• Experience as Bell Attendant or similar guest-facing role is advantageous.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and transport heavy luggage safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt luggage assistance to guests during arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Welcome arriving guests, assist with unloading luggage and count when appropriate.
• Safely transport luggage to lobby, bell desk, and storage areas.
• Log, tag, store, retrieve, and release luggage with accurate tracking.
• Handle delicate or valuable items per procedures and report issues.
• Maintain a polished presence in lobby and guest-facing zones.
• Coordinate with bell staff, front desk, concierge, and other departments to support guest journeys.
• Assist with group arrivals/departures and luggage movements as directed.
• Provide directions and general guest assistance; escalate detailed requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of luggage rooms and equipment.
