Job summary

Four Seasons DIFC is seeking a Front Office professional to deliver luxury guest experiences with warmth and precision. You will manage the front desk, coordinate with teams, and respond to guest requests with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum one year in a similar role; Dubai experience is a plus. Proficiency in Opera and HotSOS is expected, with strong guest relations and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in a similar capacity.
• Dubai experience will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate and working knowledge of Opera and HotSOS.
• Possesses business acumen, guest PR skills and personal flair.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities at the Front Office and coordinate with day shift on issues and guest requests.
• Resolve guest complaints with high hospitality and professionalism; assist with hotel services inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests in person and by phone in a timely manner.
• Review arrivals/departures and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth handling.
• Ensure safety, security and well-being of guests and staff; act on emergencies as needed.
• Liaise with HR regarding Staff facilities and overnight shifts.
• Work with Bell Staff and Security to ensure smooth guest experiences.
