Responsibilities

• Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls and transfer to relevant personnel.
• Maintain a log/register of visitors and manage access cards.
• Ensure reception area cleanliness and uphold corporate image.
• Ensure equipment and furniture are kept in good working order.
• Coordinate and manage room bookings for Business Centre and L&D in an efficient manner.
