Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls courteously and transfer them to relevant personnel
• Control distribution of visitor access cards and maintain a register
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area
• Ensure equipment and furniture are in proper working condition
• Coordinate and manage room bookings for the business centre and L&D
