Responsibilities

• Direct customers to the relevant advisor.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback.
• Ensure quick pacing to reduce waiting times.
• Assist reception with courtesy vehicle logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area.
