Job summary

Fairmont Dubai is seeking a Royal Service Agent to ensure safety and outstanding guest service. You will respond to calls, transfer them to the right departments, and handle in-house guest requests with prompt follow-up.

You will manage wake-up calls, reservations, and maintain extension lists while coordinating with multiple departments. English proficiency is required, Arabic is a plus; MS Office and Opera knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Business School or Hotel School diploma preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office and Opera; training provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming calls, complying with Accor standards, and transfer to the appropriate destination.
• Respond to in-house guests’ requests and coordinate with departments.
• Log all requests and ensure follow-up within standard delays.
• Log and treat wake-up call requests.
• Handle restaurant reservations in SPA soft and be aware of promotions and events.
• Maintain updated telephone extension lists and assist with special deliveries for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high levels of guest service and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Participate in emergency procedures, ensuring calls are answered and communications are coordinated during evacuations.
