Fairmont The Palm in Dubai seeks a Royal Service Agent (Telephone Operator) fluent in Russian and English. You will manage all external and internal calls and emails, dispatch requests, and uphold the hotel’s high service standards.

The role requires prior Telephone Operator experience, strong guest service skills, and knowledge of Opera PMS; a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Previous Telephone Operator role required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process all external and internal calls and emails either by redirecting calls/emails or assisting the caller/sender.
• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly in a clear, friendly tone.
• Take ownership of the caller’s request and ensure follow up according to hotel standards.
• Have knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering as needed.
• Act as dispatcher through Royal Service for security, guest services and other colleagues.
• Update service requests and work orders; dispatch to the correct department.
• Maintain and monitor the Royal Service software system and related equipment.
