Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Front Office Greeter to join the resort’s Front Office – Resort Tower Operations team. You will warmly welcome guests, escort them to the front desk, and provide basic information about the resort and services.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent English, and a professional appearance; Forbes Travel Guide knowledge is a plus. The role involves coordinating with bell staff and maintaining a luxurious lobby.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to the front desk or check-in area and assist with luggage.
• Provide basic information about the resort, amenities, and services.
• Coordinate with bell staff, concierge, and front desk for seamless arrivals.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
• Support VIP and special guest arrivals with personalized attention.
• Maintain a welcoming entrance and lobby area in the Resort Tower.
• Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival times.
• Uphold brand standards to ensure a luxury experience.
