Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and attend to client needs
• Address complaints and gather feedback on preferences and buying behavior
• Inform clients about policies, refunds, exchanges and upcoming events
• Support VIP events and follow up with clients to maintain relationships
• Maximize cross-selling and upselling while adhering to store standards
• Ensure stock replenishment, visual merchandising and brand image
• Process cash register operations accurately and safeguard company assets
