Job summary

Etoile Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Attendant to provide exceptional service, manage stock and display, and drive sales targets in a luxury fashion setting. The role emphasizes customer relationships, product knowledge, and adherence to brand merchandising guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have fashion or luxury retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Ability to take ownership and be self-driven.
• Detail-oriented with strong visual and stock control.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Knowledge of merchandising, gift wrapping and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Focus on selling and increasing UPT and ATV.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to build strong loyalty.
• Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed expectations.
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping: cleanliness, display, and stock rotation.
• Implement merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
• Clean and prepare stock, participate in inventories and stock checks.
• Monitor customer movement to deter theft or violations.
• Build the customer database and maintain their own client database.
